The dog park at Congers Lake Memorial Park on Friday was named the Clarkstown K-9 Corral and officially dedicated for Megan Leavey, her canine partner Rex and the town Police Department’s K-9s.
At a ceremony at the park off Gilchrist Road, Leavey and her dog Patriot were on hand along with Supervisor George Hoehmann, other town officials, police officers and their K-9 companions.
